iLendingDIRECT - Still no title for the vehicle refinanced

Applied for refinance of vehicle I co-signed on to get the title in my name only. When I applied in May 2022 it was the expressed intention to sell the vehicle ASAP! November 2022 Still NO title! Nothing but excuses and run around. Bogus tracking #'s for documents never received. They've cost me over $1500.00 in payments, insurance and registration!

I refinanced my car loan but the principal went up 25 percent from day one. I was sold two unneeded redundant warantees whose cost was not disclosed. Ive been trying to cancel them but all of a sudden its impossible to get iLendingDIRECT to call me. They called constantly when they were selling me something.

I was working with Jeremy Paynter on an auto refinance loan. He became very disrespectful when I questioned him about the terms and fees. I decided against doing business with him because he seemed dishonest. The next day I received a text saying the loan would be completed that evening. I texted back and told him that I wasn't interested in the loan. After a heated exchange, I immediately received several calls and text messages from home loan companies wanting to help me get a home loan. Now, 3 hours later and I have received 17 phone calls.

Refinance truck loan

At the very beginning and the start of the COVID pandemic, Ilending reached out to me under the circumstances to my underdstanding that my truck contract was upside down. Meaning the amount owed far exceeded the trucks worth. With the promise of a three month grace period, my truck would be refinanced by ilending man named Phil. He assured me my truck payments would be atleast $100 less than what they were. With the COVID pandemic in fyull effect and work slowing down I was more than happy to jump on board to the three month grace period the payment dropping. Low and behold when I was picked up by the new finance company the balance on my truck went from $20,000 to $30,000 (talk about a deal being upside down). I would never recommend this company to anyone.

BEWARE!!! REFINANCING YOUR CAR IS 99.99999%...

INFINITY AND BEYOND NO DEAL!!! These individuals call me and I was very CLEAR! I wanted a loan with a term no longer than the two years left on my loan. A lower APR rate thus making low monthly payments or lower of what I'm paying today.

Since they knew I was no DUMMY, they wasted no time telling me exactly what was going to happened to me if I would have been ignorant and go ahead and refinance with them. It was going to cost me almost $3,000 dollars more in the long run. REFINANCING IS A SCAM. They lower your rate and extend the years thus, making you get into a longer-term debt thus ending up paying more than what you already owe.

THAT'S NO DEAL!

Beware of LEGAL SCAMMERS, they are the worst!!! At least with mercenary scammers, you will know where you stand.

I foolishly refinanced with these losers. They hit me with fees that were not described or listed. They set me up for an extended warranty that was much higher than if I got one for myself. They set me up with exterior and interior protection services that were never delivered, but I was charged for. I also got charged for gap coverage. My 17k loan went to 22k, and I never received my documents. This kept me from going through everything and noticing their ponzi scheme. They do deliver a refinance. However, they scam you out of several of thousands of dollars in the process. Once I realized I was being taken for a ride, I requested a refund. I was sent blank refund forms for my warranty and gap insurance. I contacted National Auto, they immediately issued my refund on Dec 14 2019, mailed the check to iLendingdirect.com HQ on December 23 2019. It is now January 31st 2020, and these crooks still have my money. They took a large portion for themselves, and refuse to send my what is rightfully mine. Not only will they steal from you, they will still get you once you have figured out their shady business tactics. Avoid iLendingdirect.com Avoid National Auto extended warranties Avoid Eckbond interior and exterior coverage protection

I DO NOT WANT TO REFINANCE WITH ILENDING DIRECT AS OF 1/15/20 @ 4:34 PM. I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE DOING BUSINESS WITH A LENDING COMPANY THAT IS NOT UPFRONT ABOUT DOCUMENT HANDLING FEE OF $449.00. ALSO INSISTING I CARRY GAP INSURANCE FOR $795.00 WHICH WOULD OF BEEN ADDED TO MY LOAN. ALSO THE WARRANTY FEE OF $1000.00. ALL OF THE EXTRA FEES WOULD OF MADE MY NEW LOAN BALANCE AN EXTRA $2244.00. I AM BETTER OFF PAYING 3% INTEREST FOR ANOTHER YEAR UNTIL I TRADE IN ANYWAYS. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN CONSIDERED A TOTAL SCAM AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED. PERHAPS YOU SHOULD BE MORE UPFRONT ABOUT THE $449. Worse experience. Tells me I’m approved. Gun shot my credit twice. I told them I was sick. However I jumped all hoops. Wouldn’t accept my notary. They sent me 9 miles away. After I spent 60.00. To do it again. Then needed updated income bc it was longer than a month. Provided income so many times. Said don’t pay my current loan everything approved. Month later. I get a late fee. Called ilending again said I needed tax returns. Now a month later. I says ok. Nothing. I called three more times. Now I how 1000 to my current car loan. Said just needed bank statements. I sent that. I had surgery. Sent disability income plus other income. Again said don’t worry. Now we’re two month into this and rep is just asking more junk. Two surgeries later. Still no loan papers. I call again told them they now cost me over 1000 plus 100 in late fees. Lost points on credit and on top of that 3 notary signatures. Guess what. They ghosted me. Completely stopped returning callls. Emails. Text. Letter. This was a scam. Real scam. Rep couldn’t just say I couldn’t get the loan done but dragged me through a MONTH of lies and tons of fees. Never been so disgusted by a company. Not because the loan but the lies and *** They don’t deserve anyone’s business. I will be reporting to business bureau no disabled person with good credit score and verifiable income should have to go through all this plus left with a huge drop in credit. Late fee on report and sales rep ghosted me and his boss probably knows nothing. Bad bad bad. Hope no one gets same treatment.

Got scammed out of 7000.00

I went to Ilene direct to get my car refinanced my payoff on my car was $20923.00 that is what they paid flagship on my car and once they refinanced it with a lower rate my loan went up to $27,131.00 no one can tell me why it went up over $7,000.00 but I am getting me a lawyer today watch them and never sign electronic papers over the phone people today the guys name I dealt with was Travis beware I don't want this to ever happen to anyone and if you have had something refinanced you better look over your papers and start to hire you a laywer

I too delt with Travis At ilending and he orchestrated a refinance deal for my Harley with blue federal credit union which turned out to be the worst credit union I have ever banked with.
